28 years as President of EnhanceCo with over 45 years of experience in international and domestic oil and gas production and pipeline operations specializing in corrosion and chemical treatment. He is a lifetime member of NACE and has authored papers and presented seminars at multiple venues on topics including all aspects of internal corrosion in production and pipelines.

Dr. Palacios is a NACE-Certified Chemical Treatment and Internal Corrosion Specialist with 28 years of effective work experience in mechanical integrity, corrosion, flow assurance and chemical treatment on offshore and onshore facilities worldwide.

As an INBI and PETROSKILS instructor, he has taught course in Pipeline Integrity Assessment & Pigging Technology and Water Treatment for Waterflooding, developed and taught inspection course for Saudi Aramco, and is an intellectual developer of the Visual-Aim – Risk Based Asset Integrity Management Software for Upstream Facilities. Dr. Palacios is actively involved with NACE committees on Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment and the development of NACE and ICDA Standard Practices.
